Blog and Eating Habits

Your eating habits have lot to do with the success of your blog. Over past couple of months I have realized this fact with my experiences. I use to prepare lots of plans to implement on my blogs but I was able to do about 30 percent of it. I attribute all this to my lethargy which was induced in me due to the kind of foods I was having.

Avoid eating junk food as GIGO (garbage in garbage out) is a well known fact . I felt as if all the diet I consumed after assimilating with the bile juice reaches our blood and brain. It serves as an essential parameter of our thoughts. This thought made me write this blog post. My attitude was inclined towards increasing my writings. I gradually changed my eating habits. Though I haven’t reduced much weight but still I can feel a freshness and warmth from my writing.

It leads to desperation towards randomness and you can’t focus on a particular matter. If you want to be fit and fine then avoid eating oily food add fruits and vegetables in your breakfast. Also try to avoid spicy food for your health. To get protein add cereals, pulses and milk products like curd etc in your lunch and dinner.

Do not eat much food in one time. Eat it in small amounts 2 to 4 times in a day. If you are fond of fruit juice or soups, take it 20 to 30 minutes before your meals and have check of the sugar level in your juice.

Last but not the least eat slowly, take your meals with peace, happiness and calmness and for better digestion do not forget to chew your meals properly. Do not keep yourself indulged in television while blogging and eating.

Drink plenty of water during the whole day whenever you feel thirsty. Try to exclude Tea, coffee, wine, beer, drugs and smoking from your daily habits. Just have plain water and never keep any unhealthy food near your writing table or computer.
