Do you have time for yourself? In the midst of all your worries and busy schedule, have a check on yourself with the help of following set of questions.
What you Study/Read? Are you in the process of learning and culmination?
What you Drink/Eat? Have you devised a Diet chart for yourself?
How much time you spend Alone/Meditation/Rituals? Are you messed up with life such that you find this option not more then a scrap?
Just attempt these questions on yourself and Have a Great Week Ahead!
Many of us may be leading a ‘dead’ life, knowingly or unknowingly. When suddenly something happens to our ‘breath and health’, we tend to wake up and realize the value of life. This life of us is a wonderful gift. ‘Living life’, and ‘just passing the life in a dead way’ – there’s a difference.
The simple questions put here may help us take care of our life. Let’s live our life full and well – that’s the answer to the existence.
My diet is terrible. I meditate and study a lot but probably spend TOO MUCH time alone. AND I haven’t quit smoking! But my meditation allows me to nudge myself toward wellness without beating myself up.
