It is no Destiny

This requires an accessible environment designed the way people think. People want to solve problems, think, and collaborate. They do not want to use truth. It is a means not an end or destination, where as it must serve the people not the other way round. In some cases it creates knowledge management problems faster then solutions. A formal gentleman is the biggest liar. Wearing clothing is also artificiality. If we indulge ourselves in an endeavor to reveal the naked fact we will land no where. The flux of natural river may be of no use but after making artificial dams to move turbines under it can generate power. On a lighter note your truth telling habit may invite disaster in front of your boss or girl friend. If truth had been the sole criteria people would have perfected it by now.

Information, Knowledge and Skills

I completely subscribe to Mahatma Gandhi’s beautiful quote, “There is no God higher than Truth”. But in addition to it we must learn that it is a medium to pass the information to ones knowledge without adding any artificiality into it. Knowledge is information that changes somebody by making an individual capable of effective action. Knowledge is viewed as a collection of agreed upon explicit or formal facts, learning, rules, and practices with lot more. Skills are seen as information processing competencies that can generate explicit knowledge, skills might add some artificial lies to the truth and are learned with practice; knowledge is learned by studying or investigating. It may be “tacit” and “explicit” first one is personal and cannot be shared & second one is knowledge that can be expressed. Although the terms “information” and “knowledge” are often used interchangeable there is a clear distinction. Information is a flow of messages, while knowledge is created by that flow of information and is anchored in the beliefs and commitment of its holder. Traditional modification focuses on how to control the information flow and information processing within the society. This view however, fails to capture the essence of society as knowledge creating entity and continuous self-transcending process, which requires a new kind of management that goes beyond the traditional models.

No form is ideal

No form is ideal in all situations in this evolving world. Speaking lie in today’s scenario has not remained evil but has turned into an art. We can not afford treating people like brainless cattle, telling truth mechanically as a thumb rule is like not using your brain. If you are not equipped with this management skill then you has to upgrade fast other wise you will harm yourself and your folks.

Why to underutilize yourself?

Truth should be in heart such that it becomes your intent. I will love to keep shut rather then complaining my friend’s mischief to the class teacher. We have been blessed with wonderful brain by the Mother Nature. Further more it will be a disgrace for any one of us, if some one tells us to stop using our brain and take something as a thumb rule. The day when we stop using our rational heads will turn us mechanical.

If you have not attained the threshold of using your head in the right fashion just like a new born baby who is yet to learn the art of talking, YES you have got the absolute right to check the rule of speaking reality without bothering your coconut.

Spiritual school of thought

Most of the times genuineness is bitter, speak up the reality to the extent you are ready to take it. The universal law of cause and effect does not document that how many times in a day you spoke a fact but how you met your good or bad intent. A negative intent can be easily encapsulated with the wrapper of speaking a fact.

Do not lie to yourself

Do not lie to the extent that you start repenting once. Only you will decide it for yourself. Just look to whom you are telling lie. I have got one truth, you have another. There comes a time to let me know and analyze what the other side thinks and decide about my belief of truth. Let’s say you are doing something which you can’t share with your friends and parents it means there is something wrong associated with it. One more factor says, truths are relative and evolves from time to time. There was a time when flying in space for man was not true but today it is an established fact.

Paradox

While many guys take exactness as the top priority, only a few are only at a stage of implementation: It’s the mind shift of the heads to add truth to the personality. Telling truth 24X7 is such an absurd, pretentious and profoundly confusing rule that many of those who naturally speak truth refuse to take it. Some time I really wonder this paradoxical image. Call it the truth management paradox: those who are so busy “putting out fires” have least time to speak truth. It is advocated by those who need most to cope up with their truths.

Bottom-line

There is not even a single doubt that a person with positive intent, good skills and higher truth quotient can make really big!
