Being in this world…

Challenge & Confidence

by | Mar 10, 2011 | Productivity

Working with others with co-operation, who may at any moment challenge my ego with their own different agendas and needs, becomes sometimes stressful. In challenging situations, we normally tend to think a lot in order to find the right solution. But we find that the more we think, the more we are far from finding the solution. The mind continues to think negative waste, making us land nowhere.

Each challenge actually brings forth some hidden strength, some latent power. The one who is able to understand this, is able to face and in fact invoke challenges. Such a person with constant and unshaken faith moves on towards victory. Such a person becomes an inspiration for many and thus is a true leader.

A challenge is a general term referring to things that are imbued with a sense of difficulty and victory. When I am able to remain powerful even in the most difficult situation, I am able to recognize the powers that are within me and use them for overcoming that situation. I am never afraid of difficult situations, nor do I wish for life to be smooth without difficulties. Instead, I use each problem as a challenge to bring out the best from within me. So with each challenging situation, I find myself becoming more and more powerful

When I am free from excuses and free from comparison with others, I am able to be light even in the most challenging circumstances. I am not caught up with my own mistakes or those of others, but am able to constantly add on to my treasure store of experiences and be richer and richer with every new challenge faced.

My inner silence means an inner state of calm, which allows the best to come from within. When I am able to experience inner silence, or an inner state of calm in all situations, I am able to be free from problems, because I will not have the feeling of having a problem. Instead there will only be a feeling of having a solution and the confidence in doing the right thing. I will be able to use the best of my talent, creativity and inner power to do what has to be done.

Opposition is a natural part of life. Just as we develop our physical muscles through overcoming opposition, such as lifting weights, we develop our character muscles by overcoming challenges and adversity. – Stephen R. Covey
