Alcohol

Alcohol intake many times hemorrhoids are related to liver disease caused by alcohol abuse it is very very important to avoid alcohol intake. Like caffeinated beverages, alcoholic beverages can dry out your stool and make hemorrhoids worse.

Caffeine

Strong tea and coffee caffeine has constipation as a side effect and their food intake of tea or coffee should be restricted. This will dehydrate and lead to hard stools which are more training.
Sedentary Lifestyle

Long-sitting people who generally sit for long periods are more likely to develop hemorrhoids. They always stand or walk during breaks and try to shift frequently.

Muscle Strain

Try to be in the correct posture while sitting. Do not strain while defecating and do not suppress natural urges, for example during urinating and defecation. Lead a physically active life, and engage in regular physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day.
