People play a role in the culture of society. Organizations need to consider the type of employees that can most effectively drive innovation. From a diverse range of research in psychology to management it has been found that a core of reasonably stable personality traits characterizes creative individuals.
Despite the interest in the field of innovation, much of the research evidence concerning management practices about innovation culture and creative climate remains unsystematic and subjective. Highly innovative ones behave as focused ones where as less innovative ones behave as traditional bureaucrats.
