Life is not at all beautiful, rather it is ruthless. But the point is we have to make it beautiful. Health, happiness, and success depend upon the fighting spirit of each person. The big thing is not what happened to us in life-but what we do about what happens to us.

Life is not just party and pleasure; it is also pain and despair. Unthinkable things happen. Sometime, everything turns upside down. Bad things happen to all of us, and some things are beyond control, such a physical disability and birth defects. We cannot choose our parents or the circumstances of our birth.

If the ball bounced the wrong way for you, I’m sorry. But what do you do from that point on – cry or take the ball and run. That is a choice you have to make.

There are many of boats sailing all different directions in a lake. Even though the wind is blowing in one direction, the sailboats are going in different directions.

Why?

It depends on the way the sail is set, and that is determined by the sailor. The same is true of our lives. We can’t choose the direction off wind, but we can choose how we set our sail.
