Real Meaning of Success: How Your Impact, Relationships, and Purpose Shape Your True Value — Some Questions for You?

In a world filled with competition, we often measure our worth by what we own and how much we make. But is that all there is to it? When people talk about “net worth,” they usually mean things like:

  • What’s your annual income?
  • How much insurance coverage do you have?
  • How much money is in your bank account?
  • Do you own a home?
  • What car do you drive?
  • How much taxes do you file?
  • How many people depend on you?
  • Who would stand by you and take a financial risk for you?
  • How secure is your job?
  • Can you easily provide for your family’s needs?
  • Do you have the comforts and conveniences of life?

These are important questions and many are part of what we all need to feel secure.

If you can check off most of these, you’re likely doing well financially. But there’s more to true worth than just money and possessions.

. . .

Once you’ve answered these basic questions, it’s time to ask yourself something deeper:

  • How many people would miss you if you were gone?
  • How many people wait for you to come home?
  • How many smiles have you brought into the world?
  • How many real friends do you have who would stand by you no matter what?
  • How many people, are willing to defend you?
  • How many strangers would help you if you were in need?
  • How many lives have you touched or changed for the better?
  • How many people do you call enemies?
  • How many would feel lost if you weren’t there?

Your true, net worth isn’t just about how much money you make or what you own. It’s about the impact you have on the people around you. It’s about how you make others feel, how you help, and how you love.

The most meaningful measure of your worth is the difference you make in the world, not the size of your bank account.

What’s more, your worth isn’t just measured by the people you know or simply by your achievements. Deeper, unseen forces at work, play a significant part in your life’s value.

While your family and friends matter, a higher power exists there that guides and watches over you.

And in this greater world, your value is not determined by how much you own or how successful you are — it’s about how much you matter, how much good you do, and how much love you give.

. . .

Your true net worth is not just a number on a bank statement.

It’s the love you share, the lives you touch, and the legacy you leave behind. Those are the things that truly make you rich.
