Being in this world…

Passion and Positivity

by | Aug 9, 2011 | Productivity

Sometimes I lost in conversation with myself so deeply that I get shocked at how quickly the time had passed. This is the time when I feel upbeat and high. This is my positive thinking time. It serves as a fuel for an intense fire.

It is important to clarify some misconceptions regarding positive thinking, since some people think that a positive thinker always goes round with a good-natured smile on their face thinking that everything is satisfactory. Whatever happens, they will just tell you to keep smiling. Though it is not like that!

The more we understand and experiment with our own inner qualities and powers, the stronger we become and less we are dependent on others. Knowing our own weaknesses helps us to tremendously to become stronger and stable.

Why do we want to be positive?

Keeping oneself deprived to positivity is crime, just like keeping a child without mother. Positivity brings harmony. Our bodies are 80 per cent of water and this is the element that we require mostly, similarly our inner selves also require positivity.

We spend our lives in search of peace, happiness, love, truth and knowledge, our most genuine qualities. What we are looking for in our lives, what we are longing for, we already possess in our inner selves. We simply have to rediscover it through reflection and output.

Passion brings positivity

I try talking to people full of powerful ideas who are doing innovative things, and passionate about what they’re doing, passionate about life, and it acts highly transformative for myself.

To surround yourself with passion you don’t have to live in a posh area. You may find people everywhere who are doing amazing things. They might be looking for break; they may be artists or writers, or people who are obsessed with doing something really well.

Positive thinking is a mental attitude. It’s a way of life, it means doing things with assertiveness. It’s a way of behaving and taking a position before everybody else i.e. events, situations & people.

If you can’t find them in your locality, you may find them in books or blogs. Passionate people not only inspire you, they give you good ideas. They recommend books or pass the ideas which inspire them.

And eventually we can be one of them to inspire others.. 😉
