Check your Priorities
Imagine you have to leave for an urgent official assignment in the early hour of tomorrow morning and this event would last for a whole week.
Then you will definitely sit back and contemplate on a serious note that how you shall be spending your rest of the day.
This is a wonderful mentally raised situation to help you get your priorities in check.
A big part of our mind has been simply taken by waste thoughts. These thoughts carry us to the future or in the past but surely not in the present. We think about our buddies and enemies and relive old arguments. We replay negative situations that may have happened last week or a really long time ago.
Don’t get lost
Whatever you do at any point of time, be present there and stay unattached to the outcome. Just focus on what is in front of you and give your best to see the results of your own thoughts.
If you feel lost at the start of your work or you generally get lost in busy schedule then stop. Then ask yourself this question to refocus on what is the absolutely most important.
